  • Subscriptions: Purp Premium auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Cancellation: You must cancel via your device settings (Apple ID or Google Play Store); deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
  • Refunds: Handled directly by Apple or Google according to their policies.
  • Content: You own your uploaded documents. We own the platform and interface.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Purp mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

3. User Content

You retain copyright and ownership of any content you upload ("Input"). By uploading Input, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and process your Input solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you (e.g., generating study materials).

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all Input you upload and that your use of the App does not violate any third-party rights.

4. AI-Generated Content

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate study materials ("Output"). You acknowledge that AI systems can make mistakes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the Output. You should verify all study materials against your source documents before relying on them for critical exams or professional use.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase.
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with notice to you.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Purp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data.
